Here in my account I see that the item "finished" as there are, but I have never e-mail (which can get so my knowledge of the order to confirm directly ....?) got . Now I wanted to ask whether the order still everything is in order.

I should answer some day when we customers traipse into the loan, usually red, teeth bared and a theater for a reminder not arrived by e-mail that they must return the book because of a reservation and then get on it the following warning, rather than always (excuse) to talk of possible output problems and to point out that not arrived letters and emails are no excuse. (Available in the GC)
I find the answer in any case sympathetically. I take it amiss to them. For we have access to our Thalia account (and also just Bibliiothekskonto!) Where the information is correct, despite problems mail to 99% forever.
